Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO Plans
For clients with BCBS, All Things Speech Therapy, Inc. will bill your insurance for services rendered. Following reimbursement based on your individual policy eligibility and benefits, you will be billed for deductible, copay or co-insurance amounts.
Though we may accept your insurance, this does not mean your policy covers speech-language services or covers a specific diagnosis. It is your responsibility to know your insurance coverage and benefit details.
If your insurance plan is not listed above, speech therapy services will be considered
Out-Of-Network.
In this case, you will be responsible for payment at the time of service. If you would like to seek reimbursement from your insurance company for the speech therapy sessions, we can provide you with a Superbill upon your request.
Reimbursement for out-of-network services will depend on your specific policy coverage.
As a client, you are responsible for covering the cost of the speech therapy services we provide, at the time of service.
